Our liability in respect of descriptions is limited please refer to the Conditions at the back of the sale catalogue. Specific reports as to the physical condition of any lot are provided as a courtesy on request, but must always be treated with caution as we accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions with particular regard to matters such as damage, repairs and/or restorations. You should not rely on a Condition Report when making a bid. Any statement made is an expression of our opinion and any buyer placing a bid acknowledges that they have satisfied themselves fully by inspection or otherwise as to the condition of the lot.

Commission Bids: Please place commission bids as early as possible and no later than 4.00pm on the preceding day. Bids received on the day of sale cannot be guaranteed.
Telephone Bidding (Fine Art Sales Only): To bid by telephone please apply preferably by email or facsimile no later than Tuesday 7th September giving full details.
Buyer's Premium: Buyers are charged a premium of 17.5% plus VAT in addition to the final bid or hammer price.
Packing & Despatch: Since we do not offer these services buyers are respectfully asked to make their own arrangements.
